<image:title>About the Practice - about my practice. My practice design is very unique in that I provide all medical care on a house call basis. My medical bag, while old fashioned in image, is high tech in content, and even includes an EKG machine that syncs with my laptop. And it’s these unhurried house calls that allow for the luxury of time and attention to your health. Additionally, you will have direct access to me 24/7. I’m the one – the only one – who will answer your call or text. My patients are a diverse group, who each had different reasons for signing on. Some are older and have medical issues that need to be addressed regularly. Many are younger and making their health a priority. But young or old, they all wish to avoid the time consuming process of trying to speak to their doctor directly when they have an issue or question. And they all want a better relationship with their doctor, built on time, trust, accessibility, and convenience. Is there a doctor in the house? Answer: yes</image:title>

<image:caption>My vision of medical care and service for a small group of patients enables me to spend more time with each of you. Time is an element that I feel is sorely missing in medicine. Further, time is essential to the all-important but often nonexistent doctor-patient relationship. It allows me to really know my patients well, something that is difficult to do within the typical hurried visit that managed care often dictates. I am confident that you will find my practice to be a very different experience – personal, convenient, thorough and attentive. I look forward to managing your health and wellness. Sincerely, Thomas E. Pellechi, MD</image:caption>

<image:caption>I have been practicing medicine in the Greenwich, Connecticut area for 20 plus years. In addition to being an attending physician on staff at Greenwich Hospital, I also serve as Chairperson of the Credentials Committee, and have been a Greenwich Hospital Board Member since 2015. My medical education began with my B.S. degree in Biology from Columbia University. I received my MD degree from New York Medical College, and did my residency at Greenwich Hospital while my wife and I juggled two young children. I spent my last year in residency as Chief Resident. I briefly opened a traditional medical practice, until I was able to realize my dream of practicing medicine on my terms. And here I am. I live in Pound Ridge with my wife, and those young children are now adults (both in medicine –one with humans, one with animals!)</image:caption>
